employers, Myriad Technical Services
Corporation (MTS) collects personally

is collected when an associate registers or
establishes an association with MTS.
MTS also collects personally identifiable
information, such as names, titles, company
names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail
addresses, from customers seeking to place a job
order or to submit contact information online.

In order
to assist candidates in their job search and
customers in their job placements, personally
identifiable information is shared with MTS
employees at various locations. All MTS
employees have a responsibility to respect and
maintain the confidentiality of all personal
information.

personally identifiable information is collected
to develop a thorough understanding of the
associate’s work experience, skills and
abilities and of the customer’s job
requirements. MTS uses this personally
identifiable information to enhance its
services, fulfill customers’ and candidates’
requests for job placement, personalize their
experience and provide them with special offers
they may find valuable. MTS will contact
previous employers to verify information
provided regarding prior work history but will
NOT knowingly contact current employers without
express written permission to do so.
MTS may
store and disclose personally identifiable
information as allowed or required by applicable
law, including making disclosures that are
necessary or advisable to: (a) protect the
rights, safety or property of MTS or others; (b)
conform to legal or regulatory requirements; and
(c) effect a possible sale of assets of MTS.

requested to be kept informed of staffing
issues, technological innovations and special
offers available to them. Customers may choose
to unsubscribe from such e-mail campaign
communications at any time.
MTS may utilize the services of a third
party company for the transmission of e-mail
messages in future. In such an instance we will
take utmost care to maintain the privacy of
email addresses by discussing with the third
party the enforcement of stringent privacy
policies.

Your Information
If a
user’s personally identifiable information
changes, such as zip code, phone, e-mail or
postal address, or if a user no longer desires
MTS services, contact us and we can update
accordingly(see below).
